Laura
Meet founder and owner of Revive
A passionate Pilates teacher with over 16 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through mindful movement.
After training in London, and spending years working within the industry, Laura made the bold decision to follow a long-held dream and open her own Pilates studio — creating a space that reflects everything she believes movement and wellbeing should be: welcoming, supportive, accessible, and empowering.
Recognising a huge gap in the market for reformer Pilates, Laura was determined to create a studio where high-quality classes were not only effective, but also attainable and affordable for everyone. Her vision was to build a community-focused space where people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels could experience the transformative benefits of Pilates in a safe and encouraging environment.
With years of knowledge, hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for helping others, Laura brings warmth, expertise, and energy into every session. Her teaching style focuses on helping clients feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected to their bodies- whether they are complete beginners or experienced movers.
Outside of the studio, Laura enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and two boys. She loves spending time baking, biking, and reading. Her balance of family life, movement, and personal wellbeing is at the heart of the welcoming atmosphere she has created at Revive- a place where everybody is encouraged to move, grow, and feel their very best.
